- Letter samples with the Who are you writing to tone selector

- Formal tone selected, showing Dear Sir or Madam and Yours faithfully

- Model letter split into greeting, opening and points

In General Training Task 1 you write a letter of at least 150 words, and the right tone matters.
Start with Who are you writing to? Pick a friend or family member (informal), someone you know a little (semi-formal) or a company or official (formal). The app shows how to open and close that letter — for example Dear Sir or Madam, … Yours faithfully, — and filters the samples to match.
Each letter shows the task and its bullet points, then a model letter split into greeting, opening, one paragraph per bullet point and closing, so you can check that every point is covered.
